My name is Stephanie Thomas and I am a licensed massage therapist. I am a graduate of Black Brook School of Massage Therapy in Fayetteville, AR. I began offering massage services at Bella Vista Rec Center in May and have been overwhelmed by the wonderful response! So much in fact, I recruited my classmates to help meet the need here in Bella Vista. I am so excited to have been allowed this opportunity to be a part of this community!

Holly Beeman LMT, PTA
Hi there! I have worked as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for 16 years, and recently decided to switch gears and work as a licensed Massage Therapist, marrying my previous experience and newfound passion. I have worked in PT with all ages, and with many of the same types of injuries, surgeries, and diagnosis that we see so often from those seeking relief through massage therapy. I love being able to help those in need of pain relief and relaxation, as well as, meeting new people. There is great reward in feeling as if you have really helped someone feel better and possibly improved their quality of life by helping them manage their pain.

Maureen Reimiller LMT
I am a firm believer in the effectiveness of Massage Therapy as part of a holistic approach to overall well-being. With a strong belief in the power of movement, I understand that maintaining a quality of life and staying mobile in the world is essential. Through massage, I provide the body, mind, and spirit with the opportunity to relax, reset, and find relief from tight or overly lengthened muscles, among other benefits. My personal experience in playing sports has allowed me to appreciate the importance of therapies in different capacities, and as a massage therapist, my goal is to help others stay active and engaged in the activities they love.

Christina Lyons LMT
I was drawn to learning about massage after experiencing its incredible benefits for myself. In such a fast paced society it was very healing to relax the mind and body for an hour and reconnect with myself. I enjoy helping people do that while working out muscle tension. Rest, Release, Rejuvenate.
